I, Peggy Herrick, spent 4 weeks in Mexico City from July into August, taking my small dog, Mimi, with me. I made journey daybook pages on each of the days I was away as I toured museums, public markets, parks, and canals, where I traveled by boat. I attended an Urban Sketcher’s meet-up at the Museo de Anthropologie. I made six blog posts that you can read on my blog. I described the beautiful 17th century home, the entrance which is above, where I rented an AirB&B casita. I recorded many experiences, including learning to make mole with a Jungian psychologist whose grandmother was from Puebla, the source of her mole recipe. I have posted a few unpublished pages here and I will add more of my pages to our Journey Daybook Gallery. I hope that you enjoy reading and looking.
